Used to modify coconut oil for higher value beta-monoglyceride

PECTINASE

Used injuice and wine clarification and essential oil extraction

PROTEASE

Neutral - used to improve bread quality
Acid - as feed additive to improve growth performance of swine and poultry
Alkaline - an additive for detergent

MICROBIAL RENNET

Good substitute to animal rennet in cheese making

XYLANASE

Used as animal feed additives and for improved cleaning ability of detergents
