Philippine National Collection of Microorganisms

The Philippine National Collection of Microorganisms (PNCM) serves as the national repository of microorganisms in the Philippines. It preserves, maintains, and distributes microbial cultures; implements research projects on microbial taxonomy, microbial ecology, basic and applied microbiology; and performs microbiological analyses on food, feed, water, agricultural and other samples. PNCM is a member of the World Federation for Culture Collections (WFCC), The Asian Consortium for the Conservation and Sustainable Use of Microbial Resources (ACM), and the Philippine Network of Microbial Culture Collections (PNMCC).

Non-commercial rates apply to government agencies, government-funded projects, and educational institutions
and their students. Commercial rates apply to private individuals doing research, private companies, non-government
